Increased penalties are in effect in 2010!

In 2009, the NC Pumper Group lobbyists secured passage of House Bill #616 to increase penalties for damage to pump trucks and portable toilets. We want to increase prosecution of costly vandalism. This form will provide us with information to help you and other businesses enforce this new law. We will keep track of this type of crime, and determine if further laws are needed.
