We have extended the Decal Design Contest into 2010! 
Win $100.00 by submitting the winning design for a new decal to be affixed to portable toilets and pump trucks-- similar to the familiar NC Highway Patrol decal one sees on gas pumps.  This is a followup to the passage of new legislation increasing penalties for vandalism.
